My long lost blog!

Well I started this blog and then did nothing with it. That is just sad.

I haven't decorated many cakes in the last year. I am planning to begin to explore recipes and other ideas so that I can eventually open Enticing Creations. I hope to stay more consistent with my recipe trials and blog posting now.

"Duff Roses"

Today I decided to try some new cake ideas. I made "Duff Roses" for the first time. These are very popular with fondant cakes right now.



They are quick and easy to make. Now I just need to bake a cake to put them on.

Well I did it ~ I started a blog!

I decided to start this blog to have a running summary of many of the things I'm doing during this research phase. Enticing Creations is an idea that I've had for quite sometime now, but have never been able to move forward with opening the business.

I plan to offer personal chef and catering services. Eventually I would like to add specialty cakes. Prior to opening I need to build my commercial kitchen, test recipes, get business materials prepared and test recipes again.

I want everything to go as smooth as possible once I officially open for business. Recipe testing and market research will be beneficial tools during this research phase.

There is not much on this blog yet, but please visit again. Yummy treats and construction updates will soon fill the pages of this blog.
